Description
Mirror powder for a monochrome effect.The application is done in Top No Wipe, for an intense mirror effect use black or the corresponding color of the powder as a base color.Seal the powder at the edge of the nail with Primer acid free and close with a layer of base and then a layer of top coat for longer durability.
